Partial Wedding Planning
This service is designed for clients who require additional support in one or more aspects of their wedding planning. This could include the recommendation of suppliers, negotiation of contracts, creation of table plans, invitation writing, the need for any additional ideas or wedding concepts or any wedding related administration. This service is an ideal addition for clients at any stage during the wedding planning process and is also ideal for those requiring additional support during the final 6 weeks prior to the wedding day.
On the Day
This service is designed for those clients who have completed their wedding planning but want a wedding coordinator to manage the final arrangements in the lead up to the wedding and coordinate their big day. This service includes the creation of a detailed wedding day schedule, confirming with all venues, suppliers and service providers and ensuring that the day runs smoothly and to schedule. This service also includes valuable advice on wedding etiquette as well as ceremony and reception preparation and coordination and the planning of any last minute details.
All rates are inclusive of VAT and include any travel and accommodation expenses up to a 40 mile radius of Edinburgh (40p per mile thereafter).
Planning Only
This service is ideal for those clients wishing to do all their own planning. The package includes:
· A list of recommended venues, suppliers and service providers

A high percentage of these fees are often recovered through the negotiation of discounts
with suppliers. All our packages can be individually tailored to your requirements
and prices are calculated accordingly. All initial consultations are free of charge
Full Wedding Planning, Design and Coordination
This package is designed for clients who require the full support and experience of a wedding planner to assist them with the design, planning and management of their wedding. It includes:
· Free initial consultation
· Design concept and vision/theme
· Sourcing of venues and suppliers
· Negotiations of contracts and bookings (excluding making payments)
· Budget planning and management
· Ongoing consultation and regular wedding update reports
· Coordination of all appointments and meetings
· Checklists, timelines and a detailed wedding day schedule
· Sourcing of accessories and finishing touches
· Liaising with venues and suppliers on the day
· Venue decoration
· Full wedding coordination on the day
Of course, this list is by no means exhaustive. If required, we will also help with the writing and sending of the invitations, the creation of suitable table plans and any general wedding administration.
